Laurie Allen – Accessibility Technology Evangelist, Microsoft

Laurie Allen is a technology veteran with 25+ years of diverse experience, spanning from consulting to global alliance management, product management, leading development teams, and driving customer success.

In 2015, Laurie became a quadriplegic resulting from a spinal cord injury. Since that time, she has immersed herself in utilizing and promoting assistive technology and accessibility. She now leverages her tech background and her lived experience as a person with a disability to promote assistive technologies, champion accessible solutions and advocate for disability inclusion in her role as an accessibility technology evangelist at Microsoft.

Tracy Picon

Tracy Picon, MBA, CPACC –

Tracy serves as a health industry advisor and national director accessibility for the Health and Life Sciences division at Microsoft. In this capacity, she evangelizes the development and use of accessible technology to empower every individual. She drives DEI conversation, training and development with customers and internal teams and speaks frequently on the power of DEI and accessibility as a business imperative.

Tracy created and leads the health care educational program, masters in Microsoft Health. MMH is a seven-month, rigorous thought provoking, industry leading program voted “Best Educational Program at Microsoft” three years in a row.
