Tina Feak has been an RN for 40+ years. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Surgical Services was her clinical specialty area until she discovered Clinical Informatics and never looked back.

She moved from Ohio to North Carolina to take the role of Director of Clinical Informatics and then moved into the CIO role at Onslow Memorial Hospital. She has retired from the CIO role and is now an Adjunct Faculty member for a university in Michigan in their Nursing program.

Tina has been active with NCHIMSS Board since 2013 and is a member of the North Carolina Nurses Association Council on Nursing Informatics. Tina lives in Raleigh with her husband and enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren.
