Humanizing the Virtual World Webinar Presenters – October 29, 4–5:30 pm
As the pandemic took hold of the world, most organizations were hit hard by stay-at-home orders. Remote work and virtual meetings became the norm rather than the exception. The abrupt and dramatic shift has left some people feeling dehumanized, reduced to simply another image on the screen. Healthcare was no exception, shifting many patients to online visits with and canceling elective procedures. In this webinar, we’ll explore how to bring the human element back to our new virtual reality with a keynote by Larry English, CEO of Centric Consulting, who has written a book on the topic. After the keynote, stay with us for a lively discussion with an executive panel on humanizing the new virtual world.
Participating Presenters:
Larry English, President, Centric Consulting
Larry worked 100 hours a week out of college for an international consulting firm. Subsequently, he had a midlife crisis at 25 and left consulting for a year. Together, with the other founders of Centric, Larry saw an opportunity for a unique approach to culture, client delivery, and employee experience in a remote consulting organization.
