Become a Mentor

As a mentor, you can focus on identified objectives / goals such as a specific competency (i.e. communication, presentation skills, etc.) or even to develop a career plan. You must have at least 3 years experience within the Healthcare Industry. You can be new to mentoring, however, some team-led or coaching experience is preferred. The match-up criteria will ensure appropriate pairing of mentors and mentees.

Become a Mentee

As a mentee, you can receive specifically targeted mentorship toward your identified objectives / goals such as a specific competency (i.e. communication, presentation skills, etc.) or even to develop a career plan. You can be at any level in your career, either new to the industry or with several years of experience. Each mentee may have only one NC HIMSS mentor per mentoring cycle.
