Nickisha Bennett-Burton – Identity and Access Management Manager, ECU Health
Nickisha is an identity and access management manager at ECU Health System with over fifteen years of information systems experience. Her primary focus has been on process improvements and software migration within her preview at ECU Health, managing the role-based access controls, regulatory entitlement management, and access review teams. Additionally, she manages the people, processes and technologies supporting those services, which includes active directory, group policy, Epic Security, mainframe security, DUO, privilege access management, beyond trust, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication. Further, she manages and monitor activity logs to identify security incidents and runs audits. Working in tandem with senior leadership and the hospital’s legal department to ensure the hospital remains in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Bennett-Burton initiated and mentors the local “Girls Who Code” chapter in Pitt County. In her off time, Nicki is an avid reader and loves spending time with her family and friends.
Matt Dewey – Chief Information Officer, Wake Radiology
Matt Dewey joined Wake Radiology in September of 2015 and as CIO is responsible for leading the company’s technical strategy and managing overall IT operations and customer service for 14 locations.
His initiatives include improving service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology, such as AI; leading strategic initiatives to upgrade current PACS and RIS systems, and adapting/upgrading current systems to be flexible and responsive to customer and company needs.
Prior to joining Wake Radiology, Matt held lead positions in the industry as director of IT applications at CDI and CIO for a multi-site imaging company in New York. Additionally Matt’s experience is enhanced by prior employment with both PACS and RIS development companies and an early career in academics.
Crystal Greenwood – System Engineer Specialist, Atrium Health
Crystal Greenwood is a system engineer specialist at Atrium Health with over 15 years of dedicated service in hospital and healthcare technology. She has a background in master data management, process design, and documentation. Crystal is well-versed in HL7 standards and ensures seamless interoperability and data exchange within healthcare systems while holding strict compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and data security.
She has a bachelor of science in business administration with a focus on management of information systems and a master’s degree in business administration, focusing on international business.
Robert Main – Cyber Security Coordinator (NC), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
A veteran IT professional with nearly 30 years of leadership experience, Rob Main joined the US Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in June 2023 and presently serves as CISA Region 4’s Cyber Security Coordinator for North Carolina. In that role, he offers cybersecurity assistance to critical infrastructure owners and operators and state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) governments in North Carolina. Additionally, he introduces organizations to various CISA cybersecurity products and services, along with other public and private resources, and acts as liaison to CISA cyber programs. Finally, he provides cyber preparedness assessments and protective resources, strategic messaging, working group support and leadership, partnership in public-private development, and incident coordination and support in times of cyber threat, disruption, and attack. Prior to his current role, Rob held several positions within the North Carolina state government since 1998, including as the State Chief Risk Officer for the State of North Carolina and CIO for three other state agencies. In those roles, Rob conducted the business of information technology as a strategic member of executive leadership teams. Additionally, Rob is an U.S. Air Force veteran, having served more than 25 years both on active duty and with the North Carolina Air National Guard.
